Processes: Transatlantic Dialogue on Climate Change: New ideas for a new era Strategic Assessment of the Kyoto Protocol CEPS hosts the Secretariat of the Climate Strategies network of European independent climate change research institutes and researchers, and the RINGOs network, the official constituency of Research and Independent Organisations to the UNFCCC.
